I’ve had a really positive experience with Abbey Property in Luton so far. Zahid, in particular, was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly helpful, and took the time to clearly explain everything related to my enquiries, which made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. I had a fantastic experience with Naeem during my tenancy onboarding. Naeem handled everything, from the initial references to the final paperwork, with incredible speed and efficiency. What stood out most was Naren’s communication, as soon as I signed and returned my documents, everything was processed and sent back to me immediately. Naeem was always contactable, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making what can often be a stressful process feel completely seamless. Highly recommended! I last dealt with Zahid and Naeem rgds renting out a Luton flat..went back today for advice rgds selling that flat. Naeem was very considerate and looked at the issues from my POV, not as an agency taking on any work regardless. Just as with Zahid in 2020, these guys are very responsive, considerate and not your usual run of agent. Highly recommended.

I spoke the director zahid, explaining to him what type of property I needed in Luton he explained things very well and in details to me and in very professional way. Not like my estates Luton which are the worst estate agents going in Luton. Was very appreciative how zahid explained how the property renting works out etc what included what’s not included so now I’m waiting to see if they have any suitable properties for me in the Luton area , nice kind gentleman who knows what he’s talking about and remained professional at all times thanks zahid.
